Danaher’s Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a 2-year rotational program designed for ambitious students who are looking to realize their leadership potential at any of our 25+ global Operating Companies (OpCos). You’ll collaborate on critical projects, connect with senior leaders, and take on exciting challenges –all suited to your interests and skills. Upon completion, you’ll be equipped with the tools and skills needed for an Operations role within your rotational Operating Company.

Material Planning
Learn the basics of the Danaher Materials Process (Kanban Management) and how to implement and manage the process.

Danaher Business System Leader
Plan, lead and verify sustainability of Kaizen activity, primarily in manufacturing.

Production Supervisor
Oversee a team of associates to maintain workflow and ensure effective, efficient resource management.

Additional Opportunities in Operations

During your 2.5 year long tenure at one of our 25+ global Operating Companies (OpCos), you’ll accelerate your career by interacting and collaborating with some of the brightest and most innovative minds on our leadership teams in Research and Development, Science, Engineering and Technology. After further developing your technical and leadership skills, you’ll be equipped with the tools and skills needed for a STEM role within your rotational Operating Company in the following areas:
