The Danaher Summer Internship Program (DSIP) for undergraduate students is a 12-week program that is foundational to the university recruiting initiatives. DSIP creates a funnel of early career talent to fuel our full-time leadership development program Operations Leadership Program (OLP).
A Danaher internship offers the exposure and experience you need to build upon your academic learning. You’ll assume responsibility and ownership on challenging projects that have direct impact to the business. The experience also includes one week of DBS training, exposure to Kaizen practices and lean principles, and the opportunity to interact and network with the intern class at several points throughout the summer. The culmination of our summer is a report-out presentation to a group of Danaher executives from multiple platforms and operating companies. Select interns will be extended full-time offers to enter the OLP program or functionally aligned roles.
